Event Co-Hosting

For the type A, detail-obsessed host who deserves to relax, too.

If you love designing and planning your own events but want an extra hand to make sure everything runs smoothly, this option is for you. Think of me as your behind-the-scenes partner — keeping things organized, on time, and picture-perfect so you can actually enjoy being a guest at your own celebration. My friends often refer to me as the ‘party fairy’ because I love swooping in to handle the little details that keep the magic flowing. 

Event Co-Hosting includes: 

• One to two pre-event planning calls to review details, timeline, and expectations

• On-site coordination (overseeing vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown)

• Décor setup assistance (styling tables, signage, candles, photo displays, favors)

• Guest experience support (greeting, directing, ensuring flow of activities)

• Timeline management (keeping things on schedule — cake cutting, gift opening, toasts, etc.)

• Problem-solving on the spot (vendor delays, décor hiccups, weather pivots)

• Serving support (refilling drink dispensers, setting out appetizers, monitoring food displays)

• Tear-down assistance (packing up décor & collecting gifts/cards)

• Manage music playlists 

• Photography support (snapping behind-the-scenes or candids on a phone, so you can also be in the pictures)

Event Co-Hosting is designed for parties and celebrations outside of weddings. For wedding-day support, you’ll find that under my Day-of Coordination package — though I’m always happy to step in for rehearsal dinners with this service!
